Our service is 100% free for anybody looking for treatment. We make flat monthly fees from for-profit treatment facilities for access to software we build, and we offer our service for free to non-profit treatment centers and programs that accept people with Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Medicare and Tricare.
Almost all treatment facilities will accept cash pays - but with no insurance it can be really expensive. According to the basic principles of the Affordable Care Act, anybody is allowed to sign up for insurance during open enrollment (November-January). Outside of this time period you would have to have a qualifying event - some of which are a permanent move, being released from incarceration, losing coverage through an employer, or getting married. Call or email us and we can help you see if you qualify. Also, you can sign up for Medicaid/Medicare anytime of year.
Our partnership with eHealth makes getting health insurance pretty simple - and could end up saving you a lot of money.
If you have Medicare/Medicaid insurance, you've probably experienced a lot of difficulty in the process. This is because most facilities won't take these policies and the ones that do are usually sub-standard. Just because you have more limited options doesn't mean help doesn't exist. In fact, almost a third of all treatment centers accept Medicare/Medicaid, and we can help you find a program. If you can't find one through our website, just call us at (310) 933-6373 and one of our Recovery Coaches will help you.
We don't actually operate rehabs - we just help our clients get into the best facilities available to them. We work with many of the highest accredited centers across all fifty states, and we work with programs in Asia and Mexico.
Absolutely! While we cannot convince your loved one to go to treatment, we absolutely can help them with everything else. We are confident that if your loved one is motivated to go, we can find them a program that will take them.
All of them. Our facilities can treat patients with any type of addiction including:
- Opioids (like heroin)
- Prescription drugs (sedatives, hypnotics, or anxiolytics like sleeping pills and tranquilizers)
- Cannabis (marijuana)
- Amphetamines (like methamphetamine, known as meth)
- Phencyclidine (known as PCP or Angeldust)
- Other unspecified substances
- Food (eating)
- Pornography (attaining, viewing)
- Pain (seeking)
- Intermittent explosive disorder (compulsive aggressive and assaultive acts)
- Kleptomania (compulsive stealing)
- Pyromania (compulsive setting of fires)
We can generally get you into a facility as soon as you are ready, but your options will depend on your insurance and budget. Once you pick a treatment facility, the admission process usually requires a 15 minute pre-assessment over the phone so the facility can determine whether you are a clinical match.
Our accredited treatment facilities are all fully-integrative treatment centers that treat the whole person: mind, body and spirit. They aim to treat the root causes of addiction and to give people long-term, sustainable results. We highly recommend patients go into longer term (60 day or more) care to get the best results.
We will always help find the right rehab for you - even if it is not a member of the WeRecover network. If at any point you determine that no rehab in our network is a match for you, simply call us, or call your Recovery Coach at WeRecover, and we will work with you to find the right rehab.
WeRecover takes privacy very seriously. Rehab centers are healthcare providers, just like doctors or hospitals, and we treat your health information with the utmost respect. We adhere to HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) which sets very strict standards for how we many handle your information.
We take all our clients down the path of getting on the longest treatment program available to them (or what insurance will cover). This is the proven method for sustained results.
This will largely depend on your insurance. If your insurance will not cover you for a proper long-term program, your care guide can advise you on how to work with your insurance to increase your coverage.
Your Recovery Coach is here to help you through the difficult and confusing moments. He or she will help you find and get into the best possible care you can. Expertly trained in insurance, the rehabilitation process, and the treatment industry, our Recovery Coaches will go to nearly any lengths for our clients.
Your Recovery Coach is available to you whenever you need them. You can reach them by dialing (310) 933-6373. Reach out anytime. We're here to help. It's what we do.
